Today they rescued my daughter and me from the side of the freeway and worked with our very difficult electric car. All in cold weather. They showed persistence, ingenuity, kindness and figured it out! The Tesla car manufacturers help line couldn’t help us anymore and was going to call a technician in from another state. Hey thanks a lot guys! Your driver just handled a headache for me and I really appreciate it. He was on time, completely competent and really cool about everything and dropped the car on a dime at the destination. Super happy with the whole experience and will definitely call you guys next time I need any kind of towing. -Pat
